Cancel or change your plan
Your ZoomiTag Health subscription is flexible — you can cancel anytime, and you keep access for the rest of the period you've already paid for. Here's how, and what to expect.
Where to manage it
Open the Subscription page in your account. On iPhone, the app opens this same page in a secure browser window; on the web dashboard you go straight there. Each of your Health tags is listed separately, so you can manage them one at a time.
- To cancel a tag's plan, use the Cancel subscription button next to it.
- To update your card (for example, if a payment failed), use the Update payment method option, which opens your secure billing portal.
What happens when you cancel
Cancelling sets the plan to end at the end of the period you've already paid for — it doesn't cut you off straight away.
- You keep full Health access — live GPS, activity, sleep and safe-zone alerts — until your renewal date.
- On that date, the live GPS and health features switch off.
- The tag keeps working as a digital pet ID via NFC and QR, so a finder can still scan it and see your pet's profile.
You can restart anytime and pick up where you left off.
After the period ends, live GPS, activity, sleep and safe-zone alerts stop. If you rely on Lost Mode or safe-zone alerts, keep the plan active so they're there when you need them.

"Subscription required" messages
Seeing a "subscription required" or "no active subscription" message? That tag's plan either hasn't been set up yet or has ended. Set up or restart the subscription to restore the features, then reopen the app to refresh. For more, see Why is my tag offline?.
