Your subscription

PawanPawan · Updated 28 June 2026

ZoomiTag Health runs on an annual subscription that powers its connected features. This guide explains what it covers, what it costs, and what still works if you don't subscribe.

What it costs

The subscription is £49/year, billed annually (about £4.08 a month). There's no monthly option and no tiers — that one charge unlocks everything. You can cancel anytime.

The subscription is per Health tag, not per account. Each ZoomiTag Health carries its own data SIM, so each one needs its own £49/year plan. If you have more than one, additional tags get 10% off automatically at checkout.

The tag hardware is a separate one-time purchase. The £49/year is just the plan that brings it to life — it covers the built-in cellular SIM (nothing to set up), the live map and route history, the wellness features, and ongoing app updates.

What the subscription unlocks

  • Live GPS tracking and escape alerts
  • Activity and rest monitoring — active minutes, distance, sleep and recovery
  • Daily health insights and your pet's wellness score
  • Safe zones with entry and exit alerts
  • Unlimited location history

What works without it

Even without an active subscription, the tag keeps working as a digital pet ID via NFC and QR. A finder can still scan it and see your pet's profile and how to reach you — that part is free forever. Only the live GPS and the health features need a plan.

A basic ZoomiTag (the non-Health NFC/QR tag) needs no subscription at all — it works forever as a pet ID with nothing more to pay.

Just subscribed and the app still shows GPS, activity, or sleep as locked? Give it a minute, then reopen the app to refresh.

Manage your plan

You set up and manage your subscription from the Subscription page in your account — in the app, this opens in a secure browser window; on the web dashboard it's the same page. To change or cancel, see Cancel or change your plan. Full pricing is on the pricing page.
