Login help

You manage your ZoomiTag from your Zoomi account — in the app on iPhone, or in the web dashboard. The same account works in both, so whatever you set up in one shows up in the other.

Signing in

Sign in with the email address and password you set up when you created your account. That's the only sign-in method — there's no separate Apple or Google login.

  1. Enter your email and tap Continue.
  2. Enter your password and sign in.

If you bought a tag but haven't set a password yet, enter your purchase email and we'll send you a link to finish setting up your account. New here? See Install the app and create your account.

Resetting your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link (it's valid for one hour).
  3. Open the link, choose a new password, and sign in.

If the link has expired or already been used, just request a new one.

For your security, we always say a reset email is "on its way" even if there's no account for that address — so check the inbox for the email you actually signed up with.

On the app or the web

The Zoomi app for iPhone is the main way to manage your tag — activating it, building profiles, tracking, and managing your subscription all happen there. You can also sign in to the web dashboard in any browser with the same details. The Android app is on its way; until then, the web dashboard covers you.

Bookmark the web dashboard after your first sign-in so you can get back to it in one tap.
