The £49/yr covers the cellular data SIM inside the tag (yes, included — nothing to set up), the live map & route history servers, the wellness intelligence pipeline, and ongoing app updates. The hardware on its own can’t talk to satellites or your phone without it.
What happens if I cancel?
Live GPS and wellness features pause. Your pet’s digital profile (NFC tap / QR scan) stays free forever — anyone who finds your pet can still see how to reach you. Restart any time and pick up where you left off.
Is there a monthly option?
No, and that’s deliberate. Going annual-only lets us keep the price at £4.08/month instead of the £8–13/month you’ll see on competitor monthly plans. One charge a year, no auto-pricing creep.
What does the £44.99 tag include?
The ZoomiTag itself (with the cellular GPS module, NFC chip and QR code), a sturdy collar mount, charging cable, and a quick-start card. Free UK delivery. You buy it once.
Does the plan cover multiple pets?
Each pet gets its own tag and its own £49/yr plan — that’s what powers their own SIM and data. Additional tags get 10% off automatically at checkout.
What if my tag is lost or stolen?
Activate Lost Mode in the app — the tag turns into a live beacon broadcasting its location. If someone finds it and scans the NFC or QR, they see your emergency contact instantly. Replacement tags get the multi-pet 10% off.
Are there any other fees?
No. The £44.99 is the tag, the £49/yr is the plan, both inclusive of VAT and UK delivery. No activation fee, no SIM fee, no support tier, no in-app purchases.
