These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zoomi website, products, and services operated by Accelevate UK Ltd (trading as Zoomi). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By using our website or purchasing any Zoomi product, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
Zoomi offers the following products:
A smart pet identification tag available as a one-time purchase at £19.99. ZoomiTag Lite provides a scannable digital pet profile that helps reunite lost pets with their owners. No ongoing subscription is required.
An advanced smart pet tag available at £44.99, paired with an annual subscription service at £49 per year. ZoomiTag Health includes all the features of ZoomiTag Lite plus additional health monitoring and tracking capabilities. The subscription is required to access the Health features and is billed annually.

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method you are using is your own or that you have authorisation to use it. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please check this confirmation carefully and contact us if anything is incorrect.
Orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
ZoomiTag Health requires an active annual subscription at £49 per year to access Health features. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@zoomitag.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Health features until the end of your current billing period. Your ZoomiTag will continue to function as a standard identification tag after your subscription ends.
If you cancel within 14 days of your subscription starting or renewing, you are entitled to a full refund of that billing period's fee, provided you have not extensively used the Health features during that period. Refunds after the 14-day window are not available for partially used subscription periods.
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and typically range from 3 to 5 working days, though we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us and we will investigate.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all ZoomiTag hardware purchases. To be eligible for a return:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
All ZoomiTag products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Manufacturing defects, faulty NFC chips, premature deterioration of the tag under normal use conditions, and any defects that prevent the tag from functioning as intended.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, exposure to extreme conditions beyond the tag's specifications, unauthorised modifications or tampering, normal wear and tear, and loss or theft of the tag.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you add to your pet's profile. By creating a pet profile, you agree to:

All content on the Zoomi website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Accelevate UK Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Zoomi" and "ZoomiTag" are trademarks of Accelevate UK Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
