Install the app and create your account
Pawan · Updated 28 June 2026Everything you do with your ZoomiTag — activating it, building your pet's profile, tracking, and managing your subscription — happens in the Zoomi app. Setting up an account takes a couple of minutes.
On iPhone
- Get the Zoomi app from the App Store.
- Tap Create account and enter your full name, email, and a password.
- We email you a 6-digit code — type it in to verify your email, and you're in.
You'll need to verify your email before you can use the app, so use an address you can check on the spot.
On Android
The Zoomi Android app is on its way — it isn't out yet. In the meantime you can sign in to the web dashboard from your phone's browser to manage your tag, and bookmark it for quick access.
In a web browser
Prefer a bigger screen? Everything except live activity, sleep, and the map lives on the web dashboard too. Go to zoomitag.com/backend/login.php to sign in, or create an account there the same way as in the app.
Signing in is email-first: enter your email, then your password on the next step. If your account was set up at checkout but you've never chosen a password, we'll email you a link to finish setting it up instead.
Next steps
With your account ready, you can:
- Activate your tag by scanning its QR code or entering its serial number.
- Build your pet's profile with their details and your contacts.
- On a ZoomiTag Health, set up your subscription to unlock live GPS, activity, and sleep.
One account, every pet
Your Zoomi account supports unlimited pet profiles. Each pet gets their own ZoomiTag and their own profile, all managed from a single account — handy for multi-pet households.
