1. The Program
The Zoomi Refer & Earn program lets eligible customers share a personal referral link. When a new customer makes a qualifying purchase through your link, you earn a commission, which you can withdraw to your own bank account once it has cleared a review period. We may add, change, pause, or end the program, and may update these Affiliate Terms, at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the version and date at the top of this page, and continued participation after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Affiliate Terms.
2. Eligibility
To take part in the program you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a Zoomi account in good standing with an active qualifying subscription, as described on the Refer & Earn page in your account.
- Have a UK bank account held in your own name (see section 6).
We may decline, suspend, or terminate any participant's involvement in the program at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Affiliate Terms.
3. Your Status — Independent Participant
You take part in the program as an independent participant. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Accelevate UK Ltd. You are not authorised to act on our behalf, to enter into any commitment in our name, or to hold yourself out as our employee, agent, or representative. You are solely responsible for the manner in which you promote Zoomi, within the limits set out in these Affiliate Terms.
4. Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own tax affairs in connection with any commission you earn. Commissions are paid to you gross, with no deductions for tax or National Insurance. You are responsible for declaring your earnings to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and for paying any income tax, National Insurance, or other taxes that may be due, including registering for Self Assessment where required. We do not provide tax advice, and you should seek independent advice if you are unsure of your obligations.
5. Qualifying Referrals and Commission
A referral qualifies for commission only where all of the following apply:
- The buyer is a new customer who has not previously placed a paid order with Zoomi.
- The buyer reaches our store through your active referral link and completes a qualifying purchase, as described on the Refer & Earn page.
- The purchase is not a self-referral (see section 7).
- The order is fully paid for and is not refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed.
Commission rates, qualifying products, and the attribution window are shown on the Refer & Earn page and may change from time to time. Commission is calculated on the qualifying amount as set out there and is credited to your account as "pending" until it clears a review period. We may withhold or place a commission on hold while we review it.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed — whether before or after the related commission has cleared — the commission for that order is forfeited. Where a commission has already cleared or been paid, we may reclaim the corresponding amount by deducting it from your pending or available balance, or by other lawful means.
6. Payouts and Your Bank Account
Commissions that have cleared the review period become available to withdraw. You may request a payout when your available balance is above the minimum and the cooldown period since your last request has passed, as shown on the Refer & Earn page.
Payouts are made only to a UK bank account held in your own name. You must provide accurate bank details, and the name on the account must match your own. We may carry out checks to confirm that the payee is you ("know your payee") and may delay or decline a payout where the details cannot be verified or do not appear to be in your name. Your bank details are encrypted at rest, masked in our systems, and never displayed in full. Changing your bank details requires you to re-confirm your password, and we will email you to confirm the change.
7. No Self-Referral
You may not refer yourself, use your own referral link to buy for yourself, or arrange for someone to purchase on your behalf in order to generate commission. A purchase is treated as a self-referral where the buyer's email address matches your own (including normalised variants), where the buyer's account is your account, or where we otherwise reasonably determine that the purchase was made by, for, or in coordination with you. Self-referrals do not qualify for commission and any commission arising from them is forfeited.
8. Honest Promotion and Disclosure
You must promote Zoomi honestly, lawfully, and in good taste. When you share your referral link or recommend Zoomi, you must clearly and prominently disclose that you have a commercial relationship with us and may earn a commission. In line with Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance, this means using a clear label such as #ad, #affiliate, or an equivalent up-front statement that is easy to see before someone clicks. In particular, you must not:
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Zoomi, ZoomiTag, our pricing, or our features.
- Describe the program as an income opportunity, investment, or a way to earn guaranteed or significant money.
- Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any deceptive, automated, or fraudulent traffic.
- Bid on or use our trademarks (including "Zoomi" and "ZoomiTag") in paid search or domain names, or otherwise pass yourself off as us.
- Post your link on coupon, cashback, deal, or other sites in a way that misleads customers, unless we have agreed in writing.
- Promote Zoomi in any context that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
9. Fraud and Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate, defraud, or abuse the program — including self-referrals, fake or manufactured orders, cookie stuffing, manipulating attribution, undisclosed promotion, or creating multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of any affected commission and may result in suspension or termination of your participation, reversal of payouts, closure of your Zoomi account, and any other remedy available to us in law. We may withhold payment while we investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation, with or without notice, where you breach these Affiliate Terms, where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, where you no longer meet the eligibility criteria, or where we end the program. On termination for a reason other than fraud or abuse, any commission that has already validly cleared and is available remains payable to you, subject to our reclaim rights in section 5. Commission obtained through fraud, abuse, or self-referral is not payable.
11. Data Protection
We process personal data relating to the program — including your account details, your bank details, and limited information about the customers you refer — in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because commissions and payouts are financial records, we retain the related records for as long as required by law (currently six years), even where you ask us to delete other data.
12. Limitation of Liability
The program is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of anticipated commission, loss of profit, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from the program, from changes to it, or from its suspension or end. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
