Head to zoomitag.com and sign up with your email address. Your account is where you will manage all of your pet profiles and tag settings.
Find the unique code printed inside your ZoomiTag packaging. Enter it in your dashboard to link the physical tag to your account.
Add your pet's name, photo, breed, age, and weight. Then fill in emergency contacts, medical details, and any behavioural notes that could help a finder or carer.
Use the included split ring or silicone holder to secure the tag to your pet's collar or harness. Make sure it sits flat and is not obstructed by other tags.
Use your own phone to scan the NFC chip or QR code. Confirm that your pet's profile loads correctly and that the call button reaches your number.
Invite co-owners, family members, or regular carers to your pet's profile. They will have access to the full profile including medical records and routine notes.

Read Our Best Practices GuideMake sure NFC is enabled in your phone settings. Hold the top-back of your phone directly against the tag for 1-2 seconds. Remove any thick phone case that might block the signal.
Ensure your camera app has permission to scan QR codes. Hold steady about 15cm from the tag in good lighting. If your default camera does not recognise QR codes, try a free QR scanner app.
Check you have an active internet connection. If the profile still does not appear, clear your browser cache and try again. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@zoomitag.com.
